All reservation fees are non-refundable. However, upon proceeding with the renting process, the deposit will be applied as a credit towards your Safe Deposit Box Lease Agreement.
We cannot hold box availability for more than 30 days. If the rental process does not begin within this period, while the reservation remains valid, we cannot guarantee continued availability. In such cases, the reservation may be placed on a waiting list.
